Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Neupane Group Private Limited (“Neupane Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website and publishes mobile applications and games under our Software Publishing division, including apps distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and games on the Facebook / Meta platform (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our Services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Please also review our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us or register, we may collect your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message or account details.

Information collected automatically. When you use our apps and games we may automatically collect device and usage information, including device model, operating system and version, language and region, unique device and advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, app interactions and gameplay events, and crash and diagnostic logs.

Information from platforms. For games on the Facebook / Meta platform, we may receive basic profile information (such as your name, profile picture and locale) and a list of friends who also use the game, subject to the permissions you grant and Meta’s policies.

We use cookies, SDKs and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and measure performance.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Personalize content and remember your preferences;
  • Measure performance and understand how the Services are used through analytics;
  • Serve and measure advertising, where applicable;
  • Communicate with you, including responding to enquiries and sending service-related messages;
  • Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security and technical issues; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the Services), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Advertising and analytics

Our apps and games may use third-party advertising and analytics services that collect device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads and to understand usage. These may include, among others:

  • Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase — see the Google Privacy Policy;
  • Meta Audience Network — see Meta’s Data Policy;
  • Other advertising or attribution partners integrated into a specific app.

You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (for example, “Reset advertising ID” on Android or “Limit Ad Tracking” / App Tracking Transparency on iOS).

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, advertising, customer support);
  • Platform providers such as Google and Meta, in connection with distribution and operation of the Services;
  • Authorities or others where required by law, or to protect rights, safety and security; and
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or reorganization.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain laws; see your rights below.

6. Children's privacy

Unless a specific app states that it is directed to children, our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Apps that are directed to children comply with the Google Play Families Policy, Apple’s Kids Category requirements, applicable Meta policies, and children’s privacy laws such as COPPA — including limiting data collection and not serving personalized advertising.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data transfers

We are based in Nepal and work with service providers around the world. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. California residents may have rights to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

13. Refund policy

In-app purchases are processed securely through the payment system of the platform you use — Google Play Billing on Android, and Facebook / Meta’s payment system for games on the Facebook Instant Games platform.

Refund requests must be submitted through the relevant platform and are subject to that platform’s applicable refund policies, terms, and review process. See the Google Play Refund Policy or the Meta / Facebook Payment Terms, as applicable.

Once an in-app purchase has been successfully processed, delivered, and credited to the user’s account, Neupane Group does not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law or in cases determined at Neupane Group’s sole discretion.

Users should contact the relevant platform’s support first — Google Play Support for Android purchases, or Facebook / Meta Support for Facebook Instant Games — regarding refund requests, unauthorized purchases, or billing issues. If the platform directs the user to contact Neupane Group, the request may be reviewed; however, submitting a request does not guarantee approval of a refund.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
