Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Some Services may have additional age requirements.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Some features may require an account or a connected platform profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law;
• Cheat, use unauthorized third-party software, or interfere with the normal operation of a game or app;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; or
• Infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable law.

Some Services offer virtual items, currencies, or subscriptions (“Virtual Items”) purchased through the Google Play, Apple, or Meta platforms. Virtual Items have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are licensed, not sold, to you. Purchases are processed by the applicable platform, and refunds are subject to that platform’s policies. We may modify or discontinue Virtual Items at any time.

The Services, including software, artwork, text, logos and other content, are owned by Neupane Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.

Your use of the Services may be subject to the terms of the platform you use, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, and the Facebook / Meta platform. Those platforms are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Services.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neupane Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold Neupane Group harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
